“Our goal is to provide a foundation for you to stand on that is a safe and secure space”
Broom Homestead Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, proudly operates Edrica’s House of Hope, a sober living facility committed to supporting individuals in recovery and reintegration. Our mission is to provide safe, structured, and accountable housing for men 18 years and older who are experiencing homelessness and seeking a fresh start.
With 18 beds, our facility offers more than just shelter—we create a nurturing environment where individuals can heal, rebuild, and develop the skills necessary to transition back into society successfully.
Why Our Work Matters
The need for sober living homes in Los Angeles County is immense. Many individuals leaving prison or treatment programs have no stable housing options, putting them at risk of relapse, reoffending, or homelessness. Our home serves as a critical bridge, offering:
A structured, sober environment
Daily support and encouragement
Access to job training, education, VA assistance, and elderly care
Guidance in securing permanent housing
Family reunification assistance
We believe that a stable home is the foundation for lasting recovery. By providing a safe space and essential resources, we empower individuals to reclaim their lives and transition to independence with dignity and confidence.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We appreciate your interest in Edrica’s House of Hope, and we look forward to the opportunity to support those in need.
